Health Actions for Ugandans (HAFU)

 HAFU offers health education and literacy programs that empower community members to make informed decisions about their health. We provide workshops, classes, and informational materials on topics such as preventive care, chronic disease management, medication adherence, and navigating the healthcare system.

We utilize digital platforms and telehealth services to disseminate information about health services and empower individuals to take control of their health.  We educate on the use of mobile apps, and social media channels that provide access to health information, appointment scheduling, and virtual consultations with healthcare providers. We ensure that digital resources are culturally appropriate, language accessible, and tailored to the needs of the community

  HAFU offers health navigation services to help community members navigate the healthcare system, understand available services, and access appropriate care.  We empower individuals to advocate for their own health needs and rights within the healthcare system
